Our Institutions

BCIT and VEC have developed the Venture International Program together. Here is a little information about our institutions.

BCIT, founded over 30 years ago, is one of the largest polytechnic institutions in Canada. Every year over 14,000 full-time and 32,000 part-time students attend BCIT. Most students who choose to study at BCIT do so because of the Institute’s reputation for producing world-class, work-ready graduates. Employers highly regard the hands-on practical training students receive at BCIT.

VEC, founded ten years ago, is one of Canada’s largest private English language schools. Over 18,000 international students have studied at VEC’s downtown Vancouver campus. VEC has developed specific curricula to meet the preparatory objectives of business programs.
