English for Hospitality & Tourism

Tourism is an important industry in Canada and around the world. Whether you are looking for a short-term job, or a lifelong career, our Hospitality & Tourism course will help you find a suitable position. You will learn the essential skills of customer service, the importance of first impressions, telephone skills, and how to handle customer complaints.

Included in the course is the Worldhost program, which is an internationally recognized customer service program licensed in England, Wales, Scotland, New Zealand, and Australia, as well as across Canada. This certification course is offered at no charge to students taking the Hospitality & Tourism course.

Students who successfully complete this course also receive a WORLDHOST certificate.
