Business Internship Program - Terms
The Business Internship (BINT) is divided into two components: classroom study and work experience. Interns learn English language and business skills during the first part of the program, and put these skills into practice during the practicum.
The period of classroom study must be equal or greater than the period of work
experience. You may choose from three Business Internship Programs:
8-week Business Internship Program
4 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and a 4-week Practicum
Please note that four weeks is considered to be a very short term for a practicum. A longer program is recommended, if there is enough time.
It can be more difficult to arrange a short-term practicum. Consequently, interns must be especially open minded when prospective employers are proposed by the Internship Coordinators.
16-week Business Internship Program
8 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and an 8-week Practicum
24-week Business Internship Program
12 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and a 12-week Practicum
32-week Business Internship Program
16 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and a 16-week Practicum
40-week Business Internship Program
20 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and a 20-week Practicum
48-week Business Internship Program
24 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and a 24-week Practicum
72-week Business Internship Program
36 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and a 36-week Practicum
104-week Business Internship Program
52 weeks of Super-Intensive Business English Courses and a 52-week Practicum
