Full Days are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm**.
Part Days are split into two time frames: 7:30 am -12:00 pm and 12:00
pm - 4:30 pm. Any Part Day rental that over laps time frames is considered a
full day and full day fees will apply**.
Evenings are from 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm**. After 9:00 pm, there is an additional charge of $30 per hour.
The Pacific Spirit Room
The Pacific Spirit Room is $100 a day, or $75 for a part-day, or $145 for an
evening.
Multi-purpose Hall
Minimum- $150 for the first hour, $100 for every additional hour. There
is a maximum of $800 per day.
Note: The Multi-purpose Hall is subject to availability. It is available after
4:30 pm most weekdays and between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm Saturday and Sunday.

** Rooms needed past 9:00 pm must be requested in advance. Special rates also
apply.
LCD Projectors
VEC has two LCD projectors that can be rented on an daily basis. The LCD projectors are subject to availability.
Hourly Rate - $90 for the first three hours and $30 for each additional hour.
Daily Rate - $200 for the first day and $100 for each additional day.
There is a maximum of $500.00 per week. Includes set up and maintenance.
