What is the best way to apply?
The easiest way to apply is with our
online application form. This is a secure form, so you can safely make a credit card payment if you wish. Applications are normally processed within one business day. It is very easy, if you follow the basic procedures.
How safe is it to apply online?
The VEC online application form is very safe and secure. We use 128 bit SSL encryption on our online application form to protect your personal information and ensure that it cannot be seen by others on the Internet. You can safely enter your credit card information, passport number, or any personal information on our form. Your information is kept secure in our password-protected student applications database, and is only seen by the VEC administrative staff. Your privacy is important to us!
When should I apply?
We usually answer this question by saying “As soon as possible”. We like to have as much time as we can to arrange your classes and homestay. You might also need some time to reserve a flight, or obtain a visa.
There is not, however, a firm deadline for any given level. If there is a space when you apply, you will probably be accepted.
Should I apply through an agency?
That is entirely up to you. Although some students are able to easily complete the admission procedure themselves, others prefer to have the assistance of an agent. If you need help with a visa application or a bank transfer, you should probably ask for advice from an agent, or VEC, or both. If you do not know a good agent, you can ask us for a referral.
