Classroom Rentals in Downtown Vancouver BC

Classrooms
VEC has 50 classrooms, conveniently distributed throughout our spacious 45,000 square-foot campus. Our classrooms are bright and comfortable. The entire building was renovated in 2002, so all of our classroom space is modern and well appointed.
Classroom sizes vary from 270 to 638 square-feet. Each classroom is equipped with marker boards, markers, chairs, and tables. Overhead projectors, TV/VCRs, DVD players, and CD players can be provided at no additional charge and are subject to availability. VEC also has two LCD projectors that can be rented on an hourly basis.
The Pacific Spirit Room
The Pacific Spirit Room is VEC’s answer to your large classroom needs. This spacious 638 square-foot room is by far our most popular room due to its size, accessibility, and easy Internet access. We can accommodate 30-40 people in the classroom style of seating. Let The Pacific Spirit Room play host to your next seminar.
Amenities
Amenities include: a full-menu coffee shop, large dining hall, common kitchen area, and four computer labs. Our coffee shop can provide catering services for groups of any size. Please contact us for more information.
School Location
VEC is conveniently located in Vancouver's business district, just one block south of the Vancouver Public Library. With downtown hotels, restaurants, the Robson Street shopping district, and the SkyTrain nearby, VEC is an ideal venue to conveniently deliver your classroom instruction.
School Hours
VEC is normally open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on weekends. Extended hours can easily be arranged to suit your classroom rental requirements.
Support Services
Do you need more than just classroom space? We can help. VEC has a strong administration team that can help you with registrations, mailings and inquiries, as well as general reception duties. We can also provide private office space for you to use as your own. These additional services are invaluable to seasonal programs and start-ups.
Flexibility
Whether you need one classroom for half a day, or a number of rooms on a long-term basis, you can find what you need at VEC. Just tell us what your classroom requirements are and we will do what we can to fulfill them in a practical and efficient manner.
