Free Web Services for VEC Recruiters

Hello to our valued Recruiters!

Vancouver English Centre offers a variety of free online services to our Recruiters. As a member of the VEC Recruiter Program, you have an account in our Recruiter database where your contact information is securely stored.

We strongly suggest that all our Recruiters keep their contact information up-to-date by logging in to their Recruiter Account and reviewing it.

Here are our Top Eight Free Online Recruiter Services:

1. Register a Student for VEC

After you login to your Recruiter Account on our web site, you can easily register a student with our Vancouver or Guadalajara schools, by clicking the appropriate web link.

• Login to your VEC Recruiter account at https://secure.vec.bc.ca/agent_new/form_agent_login0.cfm
• Once logged in, look for "Register a Student", and click "VEC" or "VLC, for the school you want. (Your Recruiter ID will be sent to us with the student's online order, so our staff will know that the commission should go to you.)
  

2. Tuition Calculators

Our online tuition calculators help you quickly calculate tuition costs when preparing an estimate for your clients.

• Login to your VEC Recruiter account at http://secure.vec.bc.ca/vec/form_tuitionfeecalculator.cfm
• Once logged in, look for "Tuition Fee Calculators", and click "VEC" or "VLC, for the school you want.
• Fill out the Tuition Calculator form, and results will be displayed (and emailed to you if you included your email address)

3. Update Your Contact Information Online

Help us contact you by making sure your address phone number, fax and email are correct.

• Login to your VEC Recruiter account at https://secure.vec.bc.ca/agent_new/form_agent_login0.cfm
• Once logged in, click on the link "Manage Your Account"
• Review and correct your contact information. Select "Edit Staff Member" to update email addresses or staff names.

4. Request Materials

The fastest way to get brochures, videos or other promotional materials mailed to you from VEC.

• Login to your VEC Recruiter account at https://secure.vec.bc.ca/agent_new/form_agent_login0.cfm
• Once logged in, click on the link "Request Materials"
• Fill out the "Promotional Materials Request" form.

5. VEC / VLC Partner Program (Affiliate Referral Program)

"Partner Program" is our affiliate web-linking feature. Use it to help your customers register online with VEC easily! It gives a convenient direct web link from your web site to our registration form, and ensures that you are identified with your customer's online order!

• Login to your VEC Recruiter account at https://secure.vec.bc.ca/agent_new/form_agent_login0.cfm
• Once logged in, click on the link "VEC / VLC Partner Program" (with the Dollar Bill next to it).
• Read the instructions on the page that appears, and select the type of link you want on your web site.
• HTML code will appear in a box when you select a link to add. Copy this HTML into your web site and your done!

6. Recruiter's Photo Album

VEC has a photo album just for use by our valued Recruiters. It offers a number of high-quality photographs and VEC logos, suitable for your printing projects or web use.

• Login to your VEC Recruiter account at https://secure.vec.bc.ca/agent_new/form_agent_login0.cfm
• Once logged in, look for the link "Photos for Recruiters" (with the Tiger next to it).
• The Photo Album is organized into different categories. Click the category name to see the pictures in that category.
• Click on a picture to see it at its full size.
• Right-click on the full-size image and select "Save Picture As" to save the image to your computer.
• Come back often and save as many pictures as you need. We add new images as soon as we get them from our photographers or staff.

7. Get the VEC Web Browser Toolbar

Now you can have instant and easy access to all our web services, and receive VEC News in real time. (Installs in your Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser in seconds, and is completely safe.)

• Login to your VEC Recruiter account at https://secure.vec.bc.ca/agent_new/form_agent_login0.cfm
• Once logged in, look for the link "Download the VEC Browser Toolbar" (under the "Support" section).
