Live Help Operators
If you need help, just ask us - online!
Vancouver English Centre now offers live online help for our Spanish-speaking customers. Unlike long-distance phone or fax, this service costs you nothing! Plus, you can keep a copy of your discussion with our online help operator for future reference.
When you see the "Operator" icon below, you will be able to ask one of our staff a question. Just click on the Operator icon and if an Operator is online, you'll be connected within moments.

Live Online Help is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Pacific Time,
Monday through Friday.
If an Operator is not available, you will be able to leave them a message. |
