Vancouver English Centre is a proud FIYTO member.

FIYTO – the Federation of International Youth Travel Organizations –
is an open, world-wide, non-political and non-sectarian travel trade association.

Since its inception in 1950, the aim of FIYTO has been to promote educational, cultural, and social travel among young people. Over the years, FIYTO has experienced significant growth in its membership and its members’ turnover of travelers, tickets, and overnights.

Towards the travel trade, international and governmental organizations, FIYTO advocates the special identity of young travelers and their right to affordable travel and travel-related services.

FIYTO is a member of the World Tourism Organization (WTO) and the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA). FIYTO enjoys operational relations with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
